On this week’s episode of The Revengers: The Official Movie & TV Podcast of Revenge of The Fans, the RTF Trinity sounds off on a ton of great geek topics currently trending worldwide. From M. Night Shyamalan’s weekend at the box office with Glass, to the new Shazam! tease, the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer, Toby Emmerich’s comments on DC’s playbook for its Shared Universe moving forward, and this new Ghostbusters Legacy Sequel that’s on its way, they leave no stone unturned.

On the subject of DC’s shared universe, RTF Editor-in-Chief shares some sourced intel he’s been given about the behind the scenes philosophy right now with regard to keeping things connected and building Batman and Superman back up in the public eye- coming off of some bombshell claims last week that these Holy Grail characters had become tarnished.

They also gush about the Shazam! tease and elaborate on what’s so remarkable about David F. Sandberg’s film, which seems to be firing on every cylinder.

From there, it’s off to discuss the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer, which they’re all excited to see- but not without reservations.

Then they wrap things up with a deep-dive on everything that’s been reported, shared, and said so far about the new Ghostbusters.

Along the way, they also announce new Patreon perks…the first of which will be a real treat for longtime listeners of the show!
