After the shocking finale of the first part of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, I was wondering how long of a wait fans would have before we got an idea of when to expect the inevitable second season. Last month, Netflix announced that fans would be getting a holiday special in the near future to help bridge the wait for the next segment of the show. Capitalizing on the new hit the streaming service has, we now already have our first teaser trailer for the second part of the show!

Fair warning, heavy spoilers for Part One of the show are mentioned below!

Netflix has released a short forty-five second long teaser of the second season, teasing what’s next for everyone’s favorite teenage witch and her family. After previously selling her soul to Satan himself in the first season finale, Sabrina has gone full witch and sporting a new almost all-black dressing style to go with her new silver-white hairdo. Various moments with the Spellman family and Sabrina’s friends flash across the screen before ending on a scene involving the young witch on the verge of setting her old high school ablaze with the Dark Lord looming behind her, whispering, “Do it.

Personally I’m quite excited to see where the story will go next when it returns on April 5- which is a pretty quick turnaround when you consider that the first season only arrived in a month and a half ago on October 26. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina‘s “Buffy the Vampire Slayer meets Harry Potter meets 70’s Classic Horror Films” vibe was wonderfully realized in the first season and the story seems set for something big and exciting.
