The Title For AVENGERS 4 Has Possibly Been Revealed
Sorry for the clickbait-y title, but I wanted to give people the option to know or not. So if you consider this an Avengers 4 spoiler until officially released, we have you covered. Don’t read anymore if you don’t want to know.
The debate as to what Avengers 4 will actually be called has been rampant since the Russos mentions they didn’t want to tell us until after Infinity War came out. Now we might know what it is.
Take this with a massive grain of salt.
Omega Underground discovered something on cinematographer Trent Opaloch’s website. His credits are listed there. He has been the cinematographer for the Russo Brothers for a long time. Opaloch’s website was updated to show that he is a cinematographer for:
Avengers: End Game
What makes this even more suspicious now, is that he has changed it. If you go to his website now, the title has been changed back to Avengers 4, and what is even stranger is that he added a “3” to the title of Infinity War for some reason.
So it is possible it was done in error, and that is not the title at all, but more likely, Opaloch (or whoever updates his website) jumped the gun, and revealed something he wasn’t supposed to yet.
The subtitle does make sense. Avengers 4 will be the end of the MCU as we know it. The movies will continue, but the story that started in 2008’s Iron Man ends here. The subtitle is concise, simple and to the point. I can see this definitely being real.
I like the title, for the reasons I stated above. I don’t need Avengers: EVERYONE IS SCREWED. End Game fits perfectly. If that isn’t it, I would think that it at least had to be one that was considered.
What do you think of the title? Do you like it? Hate it? Believe it? Let us know.
