Within minutes, the official social media accounts for Shazam! started popping up, indicating that we may get some official news on the David F. Sandberg-directed film.
It’s been a long wait for DC fans. For the past month, we’ve seen leaks from the set in Toronto, from action set-pieces between Zachary Levi’s titular hero and Mark Strong’s Doctor Sivana to our first unofficial look at Levi in costume.
With its social media accounts going active and the Entertainment Weekly set visit scheduled, it seems Warner Bros. may be finally ready to drop some news for fans. Could this be where we get our “official” first look at the Shazam costume that Sandberg and Levi have been teasing for the last couple of months? Thankfully, we won’t have too long to wonder about these things since it’s only a day away.
Whatever news we get out of the set visit, we’ll share it with you!
Shazam! flies into theaters on April 5, 2019.
